Lucy Liu, Chinese Language and Culture Teacher, currently has a perfect record with all students earning an AP 5 for AP Chinese. However, we kindly remind students that language APs have unconventional test formats and requirements. Having a few classes will really ease the uncertainties. AP English Language & Composition (AP Lang)

Many students want to take AP English Language and Composition (AP Lang). However, our English Department, led by Ryan Young, English Teacher, and Martin Nobida, English Teacher, strongly urge students to weigh all the pros and cons before committing. We actually discourage students from booking classes unless students truly sit down and examine all requirements.

Although our AP Lang students earn AP 5 scores, the training is intense. Just read the AP Lang stats on the success rate for this most globally taken AP!

AP English Language and Composition 101
